I Ate South African Street Food for Breakfast!! (Full Review)

Today we’re in Johannesburg, South Africa and we’ll be eating some of the best South African street food for breakfast including smileys, grilled pork, and finally a shisanyama feast. First up, we’re in Soweto to eat a breakfast steamed sheep heads, more commonly known as smileys for their appearance. This stall caters to bus and taxi drivers and it’s very popular. Price - 140 ZAR ($8.37) for everything In the same parking lot you’ll find Vaark Vlei where a couple makes delicious South African grilled pork. And the dish that really took me by surprise was their greens cooked with peanuts. Price - 170 ZAR ($10.16) for everything Kwa Mai Mai Market - Finally we’re heading to the legendary Kwa Mai Mai market in the center of Johannesburg to eat some of the most famous shisanyama or grilled meat in Johannesburg.
